Pete Jacobs teams up with Henk Vogels at the VOGELS.TS Noosa training camp in August
This August, triathletes and cyclists will be tearing up the Noosa tarmac alongside Aussie greats Henk Vogels and Pete Jacobs. For the first time, VOGELS.TS is holding a five-day training camp in the sunny surrounds of Noosa with seminars, individual coaching, classes and appearances from some of Australia’s top triathletes including Pete Jacobs, Patrick Jonker and sisters Kate and Natalie Bates. With an all-pro line up like this, 2013’s ‘Cycle Holiday and Training Camp’ is shaping up to be a must for the 2013 training calendar.
With a career’s worth of experience behind them, VOGELS.TS founders Henk Vogels and Joanne Palazzetti have created a camp that has captured the collective knowledge and experiences from a wealth of Aussie athletes and professionals.
“It’s one thing taking on new knowledge or approaches to training and racing but unless you are equipped with the ability to translate the information once you leave the camp then you will more than likely see little change or progression in your sport,” said Vogels. “Noosa is a solid launching pad and we follow up with a six week training plan so it’s not over just because the last day of the camp arrives.”
With Noosa slots filling fast, VOGELS.TS has been quickly planning its next camps, including one scheduled in Borneo for 2014.
